products are tested before purchase or posting.
We
treat our refunds/returns on a case by case basis. Upon receipt
of the returned product it will be examined and if deemed to
have a genuine manufacturing fault you will be offered a
replacement.
Lingerie
and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable
Once
a product has been used it becomes ineligible for refund or
exchange due to strict health & hygiene regulations.
Before
you send back any product you MUST contact us at lindy@eroticdelights.net
or phone on 0412393280 and inform us in detail of the problem
you are having with your product. Failure to comply with this
may result in time delays and you product being returned.
Because
of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is
not available. Please choose carefully before you buy, as only
items which are found to be faulty will be replaced.
We
would also ask you to perform a few simple checks as often a
simple solution will solve your problems.

Make
sure you have the batteries in correctly – This is the most
common cause of malfunction.

Make
sure the cap is tightly closed! Especially for waterproof
products.
·
Check
battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress – extend them
a little.
·
Check
the batteries as they may be flat.
